Spark Erosion is used to produce precise mould tools used for various industries including medical. One of our customers,Vascutek Terumo, manufactures catheters and other medical instruments using our mould tools. Wire Erosion can cut intricate components from any conductive metal.
Still at the core of our business, the extensive manual workshop houses many Bridgeport Milling machines, Harrison Lathes, Jones & Shipman Grinders and Jig Borers, all used to aid production of one-off prototypes and progression tooling. Our time served Toolmakers have extensive knowledge in surface grinding to fine tolerances.
Co-ordinate measuring with micron precision accuracy, providing in-depth reports and geometrical dimensioning. This also enables us to reverse engineer difficult-to-source components for our customers.
A Vacu-bead machine is used to provide a superior surface finish on components where the aesthetics of a part matter.
