We produce high precision tooling, jigs, fixtures, press/mould tools, and special purpose machines through the use of CNC machining, EDM (spark) and Wire Erosion machines in our Clydebank premises near Glasgow.

We machine components from a range of materials such as carbon steels, tool steels, alloys, exotic steels (e.g. Super Duplex and Inconel), plastics and nylon. Our service also includes hardening, surface coating, certificates of conformance (if required), inspection and test certificates.

We are geared up to be specialists in bespoke, one-off small batch jobs and reverse engineering – all of which we have the capability to take from design to completion, and can be at short notice.

Industries served include aerospace, automotive, defence, electronic, food & drink, medical, oil & gas, renewables and scientific, but with the focus always on quality workmanship and in the design and manufacture of specialised tooling, punches and dies.

We still have manual manufacturing capabilities, which can be ideal for bespoke, one-off or prototyping jobs. In our experienced workforce we have highly skilled engineers, some with over 40 years experience.

In our 7,000ft² (650m²) workshop we manufacture from components a few mm in dimensions to larger articles like radio communication dishes of 2m diameter, to supply a customer base ranging from SME businesses to large multi-nationals. We are comfortable working with large or small.
