Our work

From our Clydebank premises near Glasgow Airport, we produce high precision tooling, jigs, fixtures, press/mould tools, and special purpose machines through the use of CNC machining, EDM (spark) and Wire Erosion machines. We also machine components from a range of materials such as carbon steels, tool steels, alloys, exotic steels (e.g. Super Duplex and Inconel) and engineering plastics. Our service also includes hardening, certificates of conformance (if required), inspection and test certificates.

Glenhead has carved a specialism in providing bespoke, one-off solutions for small batch jobs and reverse engineering. Our integrated service means that we have the capability to take you from design to completion, and can provide the parts you need at short notice.

In our 20000 sq. ft. facility we have the capabilities to manufacture components from just a few millimetres in size to large machined components. Our plant list gives the details of each of our machines and the machining bed sizes.
